Visiting Blaken in Pforzheim

In September 2025, we visited Blaken’s manufacture in Pforzheim, Germany. We delved into their detailed design space, and had the honor of joining an engaging tour led by Alexander Klingbeil and the Blaken team—during which we learned every step of their timepiece customization process, and even got a rare hands-on chance to try the process ourselves.

Blaken showcases world-leading quality in luxury watch customization and personalization. Their team of experienced specialists takes original luxury models from high-end brands and transforms them into unique pieces via an optical transformation process. This transformation caters to individual customer needs, covering every detail from the bracelet and case to the dial. What’s more, Blaken’s customization work is fully “Made in Germany,” relying on patented high-tech processes while maintaining deep respect for the original product.
