We were honoured to hold a two-day event with Trilobe founder Gautier Massonneau & Managing Director Volcy Bloch at The Lavish Attic, where they offered us a personal introduction to Trilobe’s latest Trente-Deux Collection—and the Maison’s very first manufacture calibre, X-Nihilo.

Explaining the Trente-Deux, its bold architecture revolves around an open island, creating space and spotlighting an isolated, magnified balance wheel.

On the surface, the bridges echo the bracelet’s satin finish, while the rhodium- plated gears display a circular brushing aligned with their motion. These textures interact with the 5N gold treatment, whose warmth and patina will evolve over time.
